I have a "Mihail Step. Slivkoff" in my database. There is a note with it saying "part of delegation to Kauaii, favored this move". I assume this came from George Mohoff's book "The True Molokan". I don't know if this is the same person but the middle name gives a hint as to this person's father's name.
