Surnames: SORRELS, SORRELLS
Lori, thanks for the hints as to other sources of info. I'm sure Benjamin Sorrels/Sorrells would have been "old line" Primitive Baptist from everything I've ever heard. I know that his churches/beliefs included washing of feet and no musical instruments in the churches. I'm not sure what other differences there are between this group and Southern Baptists.
