I found Rosalyn Eleanore Zeldes' death date as 09 November 1983 (birth date 28 June 1903.) Also, her first husband's last name appears to be Copley.
I would try contacting the Oakland Public Library (they have an online form at: http://www.oakgov.com/egov0003/asklibrarianres.jsp) for her obituary. It may list her siblings and/or relatives and where they live.
