I am posting this general inquiring to get an idea of how many Hay/Hayes Family members would be interested in holding a Family Reunion. We used to hold an annual reunion at the Dade Battlefied in Bushnell, Florida. It's been a long time since the last reunion and several members in the local (Sumter/Pasco Counties, FL) area have been wanting to hold the reunion again. Since there are not enough people to make it worthwhile, I would like to extend this to the entire clan.

Let's make this happen!!

This is what I am proposing. We need a consensus on a date and location. Since most of this family is from the Southeastern United States, I am proposing that we limit our location area to this region (VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL). It would be nice to hold it at Dade Battlefield again, but I fear that many people would not be able to come to Florida.
