Duke of Giovinazzo

I came across the nobility in the town of Giovinazzo, near the town of Bari. I had found that there was a duke of Giovinazzo Domenico Del Guidice, Prince of Cellamare who was born in 1695 from the parents of Don Antonio Del Guidice and Donna Anna Camilla. Doen any know any more information about this nobility and what happened to them. I think the nobility ended with Domenico in 1770?
