Hi, Joyce. My search through *The Times* proved fruitless, I'm sorry to say. Although the surname Miskell appears on a few occasions, the compound surname Miskell Hoyt does not. Also, I didn't find anything to suggest a link between Queen Victoria and your Lady Caroline. By the way, where does the "Lady" part come from? I ask this question because "Lady" usually indicates a daughter of a duke, marquess or earl, and you didn't make any mention of Caroline (or her husband) being related to the aristocracy.
