Hello
I have been researching the Three Bells for about two years or more. So i have a lot of info, but none of it complete.
You are correct about the info you have so far.
The Three Bells has a fantastic histoy and it just depends on how much time you have. I work on it every day!
Glasgow University Archives (GUAS) has the records of Wm Denny who built the ship so here is a point to start.
Lloyds list has the ship listed each year from 1850 to 1871 when it disappears from the record.
You may contact me AT jimbo@abell4.wanadoo.co.uk for further data, but please insert in the subject line of your email JIMBO, otherwise your message will be discarded and wont be readable.
