i am looking to find any hurst family history for thomas herbert hurst, thomas was on the ss ceramic torpedoed in the azores on 6or7/12/1942. he was a sgt in the army medical corp.

Please capitalize the first letter of proper names and titles, if you can. It will draw people's attention to those names (ie. Thomas Herbert Hurst, SS Ceramic, Azores, Sgt., Army Medical Corp.)
It catches out attention. Quickly I went to Ancestry and realized I did not know from where he came.
