FTM 2010 - Very Slow Merge

I just upgraded from FTM 2009 to 2010. In 2010, after you click on the leaf for "Ancestry hints", and then you select one of the "Possible Matches", it takes soooo much longer for the "< Merge" button to light up to enable you to merge the data. I have attached a screen shot.
